I was talking with a friend recently about stress. I asked him how he dealt with stress, and he told me about a trick that he uses to help calm himself down.

He’s a really good friend of mine, and he always has the best advice for me when I need it. This time was no different.

He told me that he tries to remind himself of the reason why he’s stressed, and then he tells himself that he can do anything that he wants to do.

For example, he might tell himself, “I’m stressed because I can’t make enough money. But if I want to, I can take on a new project.”

This helps him because he doesn’t feel as pressured. He’s able to relax a bit more, and he knows that he can handle the stress.

What does this have to do with stress? Well, we all experience stress. We all have days where we just don’t feel good about ourselves or our life.

When we’re stressed, it makes it hard for us to be productive. It makes it harder for us to focus on our work, and it can even lead to us making bad decisions.

But if we remember that we can always do anything that we want to do, it helps us relax and become more productive.

The next time you find yourself feeling stressed, try telling yourself, “I can do anything I want.”

I know it sounds cheesy, but it really works.
